Started behind a hotel desk. Now building for businesses everywhere.

Hi, I'm Huan — the founder of whoanAi.

Before software, I stood at the front desk. I worked as a receptionist, juggling check-ins, walkie-talkies, three group chats and a guest standing right in front of me who only wanted their room key. I watched colleagues stay late just to write handover notes, and saw small misses — a missed maintenance call, an un-passed guest preference — turn into bigger complaints by the next shift.

I started whoanAi because I believe teams everywhere deserve better tools. Not another dashboard to learn — just quiet, well-built automation that takes the boring parts off their plate, so they can do the part only humans can. Hospitality is where I learned this firsthand, so it's where we go deepest — but the same problems live in clinics, agencies, logistics and any business drowning in repetitive ops.

That's the whole mission. Make work easier for the people doing it — starting with the industry I know best.
